Six is a newly opened sixth-floor restaurant and bar with views across West Bridgford, Nottingham and Trent Bridge. Our restaurant serves a revolving cast of six starters, six mains and six desserts with a menu that's modern British in tone. We're proud to partner with Notts-born chef Tom Sellers, who runs the Michelin-starred restaurant Story in London, has helped to design the menu for Six, which will evolve regularly to be in tune with the seasons. Tom will advise on menu development, support our partnership with The Prince’s Trust and be in attendance to cook at events throughout the year.
